A picture is worth a thousand words…
A dying man holding his best friend. He lived homeless in Iowa with his dog in a car. When he became terminally ill and placed in hospice, his only request was to hold his dog one last time before passing on. Two souls quietly saying their goodbyes.

For a dog, you do not need big cars, big homes or designer clothes. Status symbols mean nothing to him. A stick is already great. A dog does not care if you’re rich or poor, smart or dumb, smart or dumb. A dog judges others not by their color, creed or class but by who they are inside. Give your heart to him, and he will give his. It’s really very simple, but even so, we humans, as wiser and more sophisticated, have always had trouble figuring out what really matters or not. How many people can you say that? How many people make you feel unique, pure and special? How many people make you feel special?
